Refund Policy

Our approach to refunds for kits, analysis, and professional programs.

Unused Kits

Unopened, unused kits may be eligible for a refund within a defined window from purchase.

Once a sample has been analyzed, laboratory fees are generally non-refundable, except where an error is identified.

Refunds for custom or professional programs are addressed on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your program agreement.
