Shipping
Kits ship in protective packaging with tracking provided at checkout. Carrier and delivery windows will be confirmed here.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused, unopened kits may be eligible for return within a defined window. Activated or used sampling media is not eligible for return.
Return Sample Mailers
Every kit includes a prepaid mailer for returning your sample to the laboratory — this is separate from product returns.
